About Us

Rich Plier has been a staple in the local culinary scene since 1981.  And now he has come back to his original roots as the owner of Plier's Full Circle Restaurant located in the building where his career began.

Rich and his wife Debbie will open the pub and restaurant in the building that once housed Nisleit’s County Inn and, more recently, was home to Hundred Mile House in the Town of Port Washington.

Plier has worked for John Weinrich at Newport Shores restaurant in Port for the past 30 years, and that experience will be reflected in the Full Circle staff and menu.

Plier’s Full Circle will have a casual atmosphere and a family-friendly menu with something for everyone including televised sports events in the bar.

Come join us for cornhole leagues in the summer months as well as live music.

We are very excited to share this next step in our journey with all of you and can't wait to see you at the Full Circle!
