About Us

Rich Plier has been a staple in the local culinary scene since 1981. Now he has come back to his original roots as the owner of Plier's Full Circle, located in the building where his career began.

Rich and his wife, Debbie, opened the pub and restaurant in the building that once housed Nisleit’s County Inn, and most recently, Hundred Mile House, in the Town of Port Washington.

​

Rich worked at Newport Shores for 30 years; that experience is reflected in the Full Circle staff and menu.

​

Plier’s Full Circle has a casual atmosphere and a family-friendly menu, with something for everyone, including televised sports events.
